Terms & Conditions – Cleaning Services in London

Cleaning Services in London agrees to carry out the work specified by the client in a professional and efficient manner. We reserve the right to amend any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. By booking our cleaning services via telephone, email, website, or in writing, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Access & Client Responsibilities

  • The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and electricity during the cleaning session.

  • Fragile or breakable items should be secured or removed prior to our arrival.

  • Cleaning Services in London can provide cleaning materials and equipment upon request — this service may incur an additional charge.

One-Off Cleaning

  • Clients are advised to inspect the cleaning work immediately after completion.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

  • If the client is dissatisfied, we will return to rectify the work at no extra charge. Refunds will not be issued if we are not given the opportunity to re-clean.

Insurance

  • Cleaning Services in London is fully insured with public and employer’s liability cover.

  • All cleaners carry full public liability insurance.

​

Claims

  • All claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

  • We must be allowed to return and rectify the issue before any refund is considered.

​

Specialist Services

  • Carpet Cleaning – We are not responsible for removing permanent or pre-existing stains.

  • End of Tenancy Cleaning – This does not include walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows, carpets, washing up, or laundry unless agreed in advance. The property must be vacant during cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

  • Services may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 30% of the quoted price.

  • Contracted regular cleaning requires 1 month’s notice for cancellation.

Payment

  • A 30% deposit of the quoted price is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the agreed work.

Professional Standards

Our goal is to provide first-class service and maintain our reputation for quality and reliability. To achieve this, we ensure strict adherence to our procedures, and we may record calls for training and monitoring purposes. Cleaners may also take photographs of specific areas (with client consent) before and after cleaning, to document the work carried out.
